Lori Laird is a polished appellate advocate. She is experienced at researching complex questions of law, responding to appellate motions, writing and editing appellate response briefs and presenting oral arguments in the courts of appeal. Unlike many appellate lawyers, however, she also has experience as a trial lawyer. Indeed, that experience - gleaned from having dozens of jury trials to verdict – makes her particularly effective at spotting and understanding appealable issues that may have arisen during a trial.
